Panzerotti lacking in seasoning. You could also raise the price a little and put more stuff. Lack of courtesy, both in not allowing two minutes to finish the panzerotti even though it was raining, and in the afternoon when I called to ask for info on a product... Dismissed almost with annoyance. We're not quite there

One of the best artisan bakeries in the area. The choice of products, all of excellent workmanship and quality, is truly surprising. The best for a complete buffet, ranging from sweet to savory. The wide choice of different types of self-produced bread also positively distinguishes this business. Courtesy and kindness of the staff complete everything. Compliments.

Unfortunately discovered at the end of the year of service in Grottaglie. Immense, succulent display case. I took different breads, pucce and desserts out of curiosity to discover that they were not only beautiful to look at but also excellent. Highly recommended. The owners were very kind.

Wide choice of bakery and related desserts. You really can find everything. In particular, I recommend the fried panzerotti with mortadella and provolone. Perhaps the only criticism I can make is that everything is too clinical. Too clean. Not suitable for those who expect to see people dirty with flour, sweaty from the heat of the oven and breads with irregular and unpredictable shapes.

Bread, focaccia and all types of sweets, biscuits, taralli and friselle of the local tradition with personalized variations from the shop. Excellent flavor of the products and final quality. The environment is tidy, clean and the courtesy of the staff is constant. Average prices and still good.
